Junio G840M is PTFE gasket used filler materials such as glass fiber, carbon fiber and graphite etc. The filled PTFE has improved compression strength, better abrasion resistance, high thermal conductivity and lower thermal expansion compared with pure PTFE products.

• Junio has more experience for manufacturing very small PTFE parts with high precise tolerance and large quantity, for example, inner or outer diameter with tolerance±0.02mm, of course, it is economical for you to choose suitable tolerance.
• While a gasket with outer diameter more than 1000mm, you maybe consider to use our JUNIO-TEX-340 Expanded PTFE Joint Sealant Tape as gasket, it is very easy and economical, Though we can offer you PTFE gaskets with maximum external diameter of up to 2000mm, and without any joints.
